Hey guys, what's up?
I am a new member to the forum, and happy to be one. I recently bought a 02 Protege ES, and it is awesome! I have owned it for about 2 1/2 weeks. I have already ordered altezzas for it, and plan to get the windows tinted within the next month or so. Maybe someone can help me out with a question. I have the silver interior trim right now, and was wondering if it was possible to obtain, the same looking trim for the guage bezel, and for the piece in front of it. The one right after the steering column. I would appreciate any response that would be helpful. Once aqain, glad to be a member, and hope to have pics up soon!

You are going to have to paint that yourself. Use the search button to find what you need. Good Luck with that and your car. Get some pics!!!

there is a BIG fridge in the corner filled with all sorts of goodies, help yourself....

kick back on one of the overstuffed couches and make yourself at home....and yes you can put your feet on the coffee tables.

Glad to have you around.

welcome!! I have a Green Mica O2 Pro ES

what color is yours??

02Pro October-18th-2002 02:44 AM

Mine's also Emerald Mica. Minus the sunroof deflector (took that off), and I put my Eclipse 5441 deck in it. Oh yeah, and I will have my altezzas next week, with pics to follow.

thats kool! :) how hard was it to take the deflector off? any mess afterwards?? Ive been wanting to take mine off but I wasnt sure if it's screwed on or what..

It isn't all that hard to take off........ The two screws can be undone while holding the nut underneath with a wrench. There is no adhesive; the pressure from the brackets forces the rubber piece on top of the roof, creating the seal. It left two thin lines, which can not be seen after a nice coat of wax is applied. Total estimated time: 10 minutes.
