Need Help with diagnostic code PO103.

I have a 1999 Mazda Protege 1.6L manual trans. and a couple days ago when i started it up, it began to not idle right "200 rpm" and it was backfiring and bogging out which is definitely not good. The car has 95000 miles on it and its in mint condition. when it started doing this i thought it was the sparkplugs or the throttle positioning sensor, or the coil packs maybe. So i replaced the sparkplugs with Bosch platinum series sparkplugs and i cleaned out the throttle body but that didnt help at all. So i went to NAPA auto parts and got a free diagnostic read on it and they told me that it was running a code of PO103 which is Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit High Input and it cant be my mass air flow sensor because i just replaced that about 2 months ago. I was just wondering if anyone could help me it would be highly appreciated.

i dont think that the mass air flow sensor is bad because it worked just fine when i put it in and now the check engine light is on and it wasnt before. Do you think that it could have went bad again. Because i do have a Injen Technology cold air intake on my car.

i hope the cold air intake doesnt effect it.
