My work thought that was too much and decided they needed someone who would work 6 day weeks forever and not ask for time off for a death in the family or medical emergencies. Needless to say we parted our ways and I don't think they'll be selling me the hardware at the same price I was getting it before. In order for me to get it now I'll have to pay cash upfront and a much higher price at that. If this is something you guys still want to do let me know and I'll see what I can do about buying it at wholesale instead of cost. I can't make any promises but I'll try. |
basically I have a charge account set up through napa. I ordered the hardware and it was billed to my account. 2 days ago I checked my account and it shows it was never billed. they probably went in and credited the account before closing it.
This is why I'd need the money upfront in order to pay cahs for the hardware. |

In the state of alabama there are no laws about termination...unless they came oiut and said they fired me for being white, male or straight there's nothing I can do about it.
You can be terminated for any reason at any time without warning. I'm not bitter...this is just another oppurtunity for me to move towards my dreams. I just wish theyhad sent me the hardware already....I could've been done with this already. |
The state of Washington is also a right to work state, and employers can terminate employment basically at will, but they cannot terminate you because of health reasons. You should check into what musiclikscreams said. I believe it's a federal act, and superceeds state laws. Just a sugestion, but you might want to look into it.

thanks, man....deal is off but it MAY not be totally dead. I was working with Ken @ p-garage on this and I've turned everything over to him. If he decides to go ahead with it then it could still happen.
