Mitch Buckner = FRAUD
 
I recently purchased the Injen CAI, Splash Guard and Racing Beat Cat-Back from Mitch Buckner, many of you know as Protege5Online or the owner of www.protege5online.com He said all the items would be shipped to me within a week...it has now been almost 3 weeks and no sign of the exhaust. Racing Beat has told me nothing was shipped recently to him or me. This means that Mitch is trying to STEAL $400+ from me. I have filed a complaint with PayPal and soon my credit card company should be after him.

NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM MITCH/PROTEGE5ONLINE.COM !!!!

HE IS A LIAR AND UNAUTHORIZED DEALER (for Racing Beat parts at least)!!

DO NOT TRUST HIM!

Have you talked to Mitch?

I know that many other members on this board (and other boards...for that matter) have purchased stuff from Mitch and he has been a top notch retailer everytime. Perhaps there is some kind of misunderstanding with your purchase.

My reply as well.....before you got all pissed off and talked to Racing Beat...and PayPal...and your credit card company....did you at least contact Mitch FIRST? and ask what was up?

did you ever think that he already had the racing beat parts in stock so why would racing beat send him anything? and maybe its a screw up on the part of FED EX or UPS?

geeeez.......

I ordered a lot of stuff from Mitch....and have always had great service....even when things were a little late.

Well I'm here to back up Mitch. He has done nothing but worked with me to the fullest when I ordered.

He always answers the phone and talks to you about your order if you want.

I have ordered from him before and would give his company a 10 out of 10 on customer service and satisfaction.

I'm on the side of Mitch too. I've ordered a number of parts from him and never had a problem. I think you're jumping to conclusions without hearing his side of the story.

I also give Mitch a 10 out of 10 for customer service. There must be a misunderstanding or an error in delivery. I would suggest you call him first before calling him a fraud. He has always delivered on all his promises to me and I have ordered from him many of times. He has also replied to all my E-mails within hours of receiving them. Sounds like great customer service to me. Just so you know when I ordered my Racing Beat Cat-Back Exhaust directly from Racing Beat, they promised me delivery within a month and it took 6 months. But it eventually came. Maybe Racing Beat gave Mitch a promised date and didn't come thru. The only way you will know is to talk to Mitch.

i ordered the magnetic bra from him and when it didn't come i just e-mailed him and he got back to me right away and even sent another since the first one didn't arrive. he said he had been having trouble with fed-ex/UPS whoever it was. he was totally on the up and up.

Thanks for backing me up guys. This guy ordered this stuff about 2 weeks ago. He got his Injen CAI within a few days of paying. When I told him that I had the exhaust in stock, I did. But by the time I got the payment from him, I no longer had it. This isnt my fault since I have said thousands of times in the past, I cannot hold product for someone that hasnt paid. So, I went straight to Racing Beat to get this to him (which cost me more money but I didnt want him to wait) I told him this on Tuesday of this past week. Friday (while I was out of town) I get an email from him claiming I was stealing from him & if he didnt have his exhaust Monday morning would be asking for a refund. This was less than 2 weeks after paying (which UPS could take up to 10 days on delivery). As I said, I was out of town. I get home Monday & check my mail to find his e-mail about not having his exhaust. I immediatly check to see where it is & it just got to my warehouse & was getting shipped out (since we had to wait for RB which was closed the previous week for a show...it took about 3 days longer than expected) and still it isnt beyond normal shipping time. Then a little while later I get an e-mail from Paypal saying he reversed the transaction & now Im under investigation for not sending paid for product (again, this is less than 2 weeks after paying....nowhere near long enough to legally be able to do anything or even have a need to take any action) All of this after 1 e-mail on a Friday (some shops are closed weekends) and no phone calls to me. And, he reversed the full transaction even though he received half of his product. He now has told his credit card company that he didnt receive product (which he did & FedEx has proof...which is considered fraud in the credit card companies eyes & he could get in major trouble) and I am now under investigation. All of this because this guy doesnt have the patience to wait a few extra days for his order (even though he received half of his order in less time than expected) Im sorry but I have no sympathy for someone like this. I am now out over 700.00...I have an exhaust I paid extra for to have shipped to me quickly so I could get it to him & hes got my product I shipped him. If I do get this money back, it could be months. I also e-mailed this guy yesterday & still have yet to hear from him. Im sorry but theres something wrong here & its not me. I did my best to keep him informed & get him product quickly & I feel 2 weeks isnt even a long wait. This whole ordeal was ridiculous. Again, thanks for backing me up guys. I dont like people incorrectly flaming me (or anyone else) publicly without even trying to clear up the problems. Thats also considered Slander.

But that was becuse of the shipper. Not him..

gcs118, you are immature and obviosuly do not know how a business conducts itself.

I trust Mitch with any money I'd give him for a product.

Plain and simple: You owe him an apology and a call to paypal and your credit card company. From what he has said, the acts you performed in filing a dispute with the credit card company is illegal. I suggest you take immediate action or you may find yourself in trouble.

Moderators, This post should be kept in a database before the original poster can edit it in case Mitch needs it to file suit against this person for slander.

hey i am here for mitch!! i order all sorts of goodies from him and the only prob i ever had was my CF hood and that was all Fiber Images fault. i will continue to go through mitch for everything!!!!!!!!!!!!
