Make A Wish Foundation

that's right,
i'm the CEO of my "Make a Wish" foundation. We are currently accepting donations for installing a very nice guy's clutch and flywheel. I (i mean, he) really needs this done soon...this operation could free-up some much-needed horsepower. if ever member donated $1...we can raise over 10K...but we're not asking for that...all we need is a mere $200. You can make my (i mean, his...dammit...i keep doing that) wish come true.

please paypal donations to: storey_c@hotmail.com

Thank You.

Does this mean you're taking it to a shop to have it installed?

Poseur May-30th-2004 03:40 AM

Dude, so that's kinda a lowly form of begging...

Roddimus Prime May-30th-2004 10:53 AM

asking and begging are two different things. Chris was merely asking for donations.

Is he Legit with the Make A wish bit, though? That organization is nothing I take lightly, I've actually helped locally with it... In all honestly I kind of take offence to the implicaton that they're involved.

No, notice he said "MY make a wish foundation," it was just a joke.

So, if I did the math correctly, you're just looking for everyone's 2 cents.
Well, you just got my donation!

I wonder if you sent a payment thru Paypal a few cents at a time for say $100....could they still take out their fees?

Roddimus Prime May-30th-2004 11:07 PM

I don't have any fee's on paypal since I lowered my account to non-business.
