LMFAO!!

Anyway, I think this is what Joe is after: http://www.protegeclub.com/forum/sho...+remove+marker

BTW, the search button is working today.

And from the FAQ:

Are there any clear corners for my 2001/2002 Protegé?
Since the 2001 headlights are 1 piece, no aftermarket company has produced
any headlights yet. Your only choice is to take out the headlights and open
up the housings and remove the amber reflector corner. Doing so will
convert your headlights to JDM spec. Remember to reseal the headlights well
or moisture will build up inside the housing!

Your answer is yes I looked on the mazda of japan website and the single bulb lense is missing the amber reflector if you have the chrome ones i would consider painting them black or gun metal while you have them apart.

You don't want JDM lights in North America due to the wrong beam pattern (for right hand drive in Japan). If you do a search on lighting, I expect that you will be able to find one of the MANy discussions about the topic. If you want something different in lighting, make sure you stick to stuff for left hand drive cars so you don't wind up blinding other drivers :)
