Installed P5 center Console in my '00 DX

got it for $40 from a junkyard...just needed a little cleaning

what a pain in the ass though !!!

the e-brake doesnt fit right, sit's lower in my car so didnt want to go all the way down.

so I had to get some longer bolts and spacers to bring the e-brake mount up high enough to clear....

looks much better now !

I'm digging the shifter plate, cup holders, ARMREST(dx didn't even have one) , much better than the crappy DX stuff...charcoal plastic looks better too

pics coming later today

Yes, pics...I'm sure it looks better. But all that stuff us ES-ers get adds weight to the car.
If I could do it all over again, I'd buy an '03 DX, no AC and have the dealer install the entire Mazdaspeed suspension package, including the wheels and tires, before I drove it iff the lot. It would have probably been less than I spent on my ES.

And don't forget to update your sig!

it was FILTHY

umm... soap and water, then some armor all...then I painted the shift plate with some wheel paint...it was same type of finish as stock, just silver instead of that goldish color
