I thought the intake manifolds were different. Doesn't the ZM lack VICS?

No wait... you're right...

Now I'm confused, haha. I know most of the parts are the exact same (EGR is the same part, and I'm running a 1.8 CAI on my car), but maybe I need to check out the 1.8 to make sure the steps are the same.

The cleaning steps would of course be the same, but removal may be different (but unlikely)...

ZM? I thought it was the FP-DE that came in 99-00 1.8L's. The ZM-DE is the 1.6L I believe ..

ZM is the 1.6, standard in DX and LX models.. FP is the 1.8 for the ES models.

So looking below your throttle body does it look like the EGR is in the same spot? Can you at least see the tube going from the exhaust manifold back there? It should be located in the same spot..
