idle at 100- 200 RPM'S

i have a 99 1.6 the past 2 days my engine when i stop at a light or something the RPM's drop down to like 100- 200. its so bad the engine starts choking and almost turns off. I warm up the car every morning so i dunno whats wrong w/ it. So if anyone knows anything about this please tell me ?????????

remember that the first mark on the tachometer is 500rpm, not 100rpm...sorry if you already knew this, just trying to clear things up

Either way a car cannot idle at 100-200.
700 is about normal depending on the car , auto or stick

could be anything from air sensor to oxygen sensor
even just a tune-up

does it get better when the car warms-up?
