I need some ideas PLEASE! :)

hey guys whats up? I have a 03.5 MSP... since mazda isnt that generous to give me a factory installed boost gauge... i gotta go get one... but i want to have a dual pod.... So i am thinking boost guage and what? any ideas? air/fuel? oil psi? oil temp? volatge? something easy to install... since im the brightest one... LOL

THANKs

how much are you looking to spend? I'd suggest a nice 0-15psi boost gauge and an AEM Uego wideband 02 if you've got money to burn. Otherwise I'd go with a simple boost gauge and a water temperature gauge. The stock gauge is horrible.

I agree a wideband 02 would be great if not I would suggest a voltage gauge since you never know when the altinator goes. And when it does you'll know right away.

hey guys thanks a lot... but how bout a EGT? i really dont want to spend that much.. i just think having 2 gauges would look better

EGT is a GREAT idea if you want to turn up boost, more accurate than a regular A/F guage for tuning...

Speaking of that....Matty, Scott wants to know what would be the best place to tap in for the water temp gauge. He's only got mine 1/2 installed so far :squint:
