Help - Replacing Taillight Bulbs
I am obviously doing something wrong. Trying to replace my brake lamp, removed the three nuts from the access holes on the trim panel but the light still seems to hooked on onto the body somehow. 2003 P5
HELP!!!!! :tightass: |
yeah it's clipped in. Pull straight back, but BE CAREFUL. if it slips out of your hands, the bolts will scrape the paint on your bumper. I think there's 2-3 clips.. just hold on tight and gie it a good yank!

Don't be afraid to pull man .. that's all that's holding them on there. You're not missing anything. It's THAT simple, 3 bolts and it's out.

Thanks worked like a charm. All done. Put a dab of dielectric grease on the mounting holes to help repell any moisture between the foam gasket and body surface. Little trick we use to do on Hondas for their leaking tail lights gaskets.
