H&R Protege 5????????

Hey, i saw this yellow P5 today with HUGE H&R graphics, and what looked like black chrome 17s (it's like a bronze/black color). I assume it's a project car, unless this guy was a BIG H&R fan....but it wasn't the vivid yellow, more of a mustard yellow...?

Does H&R already have springs out for the P5? If not, i bet they will soon...:D

Anyway, just thought i'd share....

H&R or Eibach?

H&R has kits out that fit the Pro5 & the MP3 & 2001 (and Im sure the 99 & 2000) but they are currently out of stock. The only did the initial run of 100 to test the market & sold them all so they are in the process of making more. H&R has all of their springs done in Germany from what I read (I think thats what I read!). I talked to them last week & they said 4-6 weeks to have them shipping again. I think I'm going to get them in when they are available. I dont know, I havent decided on them or the Eibachs. Any views on either? Mustard yellow huh. I guess he didnt like the vivid yellow & had the cash to get it painted! Did it look good?

ya, it looked pretty cool, but i mean the graphics were HUGE, but it looked good. There is a yellow one on this list that looks like it, minus the graphics a change vivid to mustard...even the wheels looked the same, i mean it was moving, but just pulling out.

handling with eibachs will be good ,, and so with the H&R good as well ,, I think it would really boil down to a money factor,, I would choose neither as they don't lower enough for my taste ,...
