Found this on Import Tuner. Trek to World import Challenge. Wonder what is the official car? Has nice stuff to read and pics of cars including the P5.

I am guessing the question you ask was ratoricle....however...the P-5 is THE official car of World Import Challenge 2002.....I attended the first event of the year in which that caravan was too....here in Houston Texas.....and I was disappointed in the fact that I didn't see more Mazda's at the event than I did....specifically in the show car area.....there were plenty of Rx-7's racing....but that was about it.....there was just a few in the Mazda Tent....which were REALLY cool...there was a turbo'ed P-5.....but over all, I had hoped that there would be more....none the less...the weather for the event was wonderful...and the races and show were pretty good. The facility here is top notch....and it is THE fastest drag strip in the nation....more records have been broken here than anywhere else this time of year.....the fact that the weather was cool...and we are nearly at sea level really makes for some good racing from the SERIOUS all out race cars. Not to mention...this is NOT an asphalt track...its concreat from one end to the other.....some SERIOUS traction can be had. :D
