fresh air vs recirc switch
 

I have a 02 ES and it seems as if the aircon is recirculating air all the time even through the switch in the console indicates otherwise, green light, it is not pulling fresh air from the outside. I found the intake on the passenger side and tested it, it pulls air only from inside the car. Does anyone know if this is controlled by a fuse/relay and if so, were can I find the relay/fuse? The car is no longer under warranty, so I want to check myself before I take it to a dealer. I don't have an owners manual either.
Any help/clues will be appreciated.

I know that someone has the same problem and posted this same question within the last week or so. It always took intake air from inside, regardless of the vent selector button.
Not sure which discussion group it was in, so I'll leave it to you to search it out. I do know it was at here Protege Club dot com, because I've quit wasting time at the other forums.
