A cure for speeding?
 

Just curious if anyone has a cure for speeding? I just got a new ES a few days ago and it's my first stick shift car. When cruising through a 25mph neighborhood in 3rd gear, I'm tempted just to pop it in 4th and fly through, when I'm already doing 35 or 40. (Just one example... :D ) I know fines can be a lot of money, money I don't have. Any tips to keep from speeding would be great! I don't even notice it half the time either! Thanks!

Keep open liquor in the car and some on your breath. A night in jail could make you rethink your driving and just how much attention you want to draw to yourself when you're goofin' around in a car.

Seriously I would recommend staying in 3rd in the neighborhoods and stay around 30 or under. There are a lot of surprises that can happen in a residential neighborhood (kids, bad driving seniors, etc.). Speed on the bigger highways where there's more predictable situations, if you must speed at all, or buy a helmet, a fire extingisher and join a local SCCA or other local/regional club who sponsors racing or autocross events.
No prob with the cops there!

But I have Famliy on the Job. Freinds In the Force over here, And buddy in the FBI.
So I got a couple get out of Jail free passes.
But when My Buddy pulls you over . He will say your ass is mine...
He said that to me the other day LOL.....
But I got out of it.
I have to fix his PC...
