I'm trying to find the picture of the Protege5 that had the middle of the hood and the roof painted black. I beleive someone said that some jerk had poured gasoline on it. If any of you know who I'm talking about can you please get me the link?

There ya go, I absolutley love that car! I tried to talk my wife into letting me paint ours like that, but she wasn't crazy about it.

Yeah I just tried showing my fiance the MP5 with yellow fog lights and she said and I qoute "All modifications are prohibited!"
Not fair, it's just a $10 just for looks mod. I am willing to not do any performance mods. But all I would like to do is get the yellow fogs lights(tint), tint the windows 35%, and get the clear tail lights. I mean non of them will void the warranty except maybe the tailights. So what's the big deal. Oh wait we just bought a house and are spending 6-8k on windows, doors, and carpet. Plus the $300 on paint that we got last night. Do I really want to get married?

Before my next marriage, I'm gonna have a pre-nup drawn up that states I'm allowed to spend my money on anything car or electronics related that I want, and she can't say $hit! Although first, I guess I'd have to get divorced... oh well, a man can dream, huh?

My wife gave me the "no modding" speech also.....I gave her the "you can't sleep in the house I bought and pay for while I pay for you to go to college so you can get your Phd" speech.....
Needless to say, I love my mods....screw mazdas warranty..it's worthless anyway.

I also gave a version of that speech, I got in return the "I'm gonna be a bitch and you're not gettin' any and isn't marriage all about both having a say in things, etc" speech. Remind me why we got married? I guess there is that whole "love" thing, but its overrated anyway....

Well I did tell her that I wouldn't do any of this when I got the car so that's my own darn fault 
. But I just want some cheap little mods to make mine look different. She does want to go 4 wheeling though and that will cost even mor money than what I want to do to the car.
