All the extras
 

I'm just curious about one of the extras that are offered at the time of purchase on a vehicle... the paint protection in particular. I did not opt for any of the extras as I figured they were not worth my while.. (rustproofing, extended warranty, and paint protection). However, I was reading some comments on this site about how the paint coat is not very durable, and is quite thin. Would the paint protection coat help that in any way? Or is it a waste of money all together?

I was wondering about the same thing...
I didn't take any of those offers either, but planning to find an aftermarket garage to re-do those if necessary.

I'm in the Toronto area, and I've heard from a few people that Crown Rustproofing is excellent. It's $100. (each winter), but they do a great job, and don't do it cheap. I will get that done this winter for sure, and likely every winter there after.
