Symptoms Of A Worn Clutch?

Does anyone know what some symptoms of a worn clutch are? I've got about 7500 KM on my car, but I have been pretty hard on the tranny for the past 5000 KM or so. Not hard on the gears or anything, but I do shift aggressively, and I'm quick on and off the clutch. I've noticed that lately my clutch has gotten a much "snappier" friction point, and it feels much easier to push in. I've done a few clutch-dumps from a standstill, but the clutch shouldn't become too worn with that should it? I don't do it frequently, or ride my clutch. It's basically on or off for me. What I want to know is are these symptoms of a worn clutch, or just my leg getting stronger or something?

If I do need a new clutch, I have no problem getting one, but what are my options? I'd like something I can beat on a little, but that won't be harsh in traffic. Should I go with a disc, or like a four or six-puck? I know ACT's is good, but are there any others?

Thanks for any help you can offer! :D
