Park your car, pop your hood and have someone punch the gas. The whole intake will shift and vibrate with the engine. Just look around and see what it is vibrating against.

hmmm i haven't had any problems with mine so far. I do think there has to be a better way to anchor it though. it is really loose.

check your coolant resevoir bottle. You had to move that and
if you didn't tighten it down or put it in a bad place it will rattle.

i got it you are right it is real loose and what it is where the intake goes down into that hole everytime i hit the gas it came back and rubbed aganist that so i put a rubber piece of vacumm tubing round the metal on the car so all better now neone know how or where to get clear corners

You have a P5 right? Sooo i don't quite understand what you mean by clear corners, you have no corners on your headlights. If you want clear signal markers that are on your bumper, there is a thread that explains how you can swap yours out for ones from a celica. I can't remember if its here or at Protege5.com, check them both out.
