shaving shifter
 

Just wondering what you guys thought about shaving the stock shifter down as a cheaper alternative to a shifter kit. I've seen it done on a few p5's and it looks good. Also they said the shifts feel good as well. Thanks.

it will shorten the height but NOT the throw. if you're just going for looks then it'll save you a bit of money that way!

BTW, it was nice meeting up with you finally, I hope you like the exhaust. I really like all you've done to your car, especially the interior. It really is an altogether package you're doing. I'm envious. Makes me wish I had more $$$ to throw at my car but it's my daily work horse and with a kid and all money can be tight sometimes. Oh well, someday.
