OK, I'm clearly biased, but the Ractive header does not have a 2nd bung for your 2nd 02 sensor, so there's no 'easy' fix to the CEL problem.
Other than that, I haven't read a lot of negative comments about the construction.

the headers are used so thats not a problem

for 100$ should i buy it???

$100 is a good price for a used header. you will need to pay a muffler shop to weld in a bung for the oxygen sensor or you will be guaranteed a check engine light

not really. You could purchase a MIL from me for $15 and not even have to have the o2 sensor mounted in the pipe.
