problem with overdrive light keep flash
 

Today I replaced the AT transmissin filter and fluids, I removed the pan and replaced with new sealant, then closed it, and sudden the light of overdrive start flash and the engine light turn on, when I pull to D and the car sudden feel move when "D" when I brake on. there is something wrong? I did check and follow the process. something that I miss?

Can you help me with this.
