power-ups

ok, well besides advanced engine moding, i take it the solution to getting the power gains from my research is two methods;
1: Forced-induction (namely turbo)
2: Engine swap (Namely FS-ZE)

now my question here is, which proves cheaper mainly... i dont care so much for the 200+ at the wheels, thats satisfying... but how much does the engine swap run at (price wise). ive been up and down this forum, and havent come about too much details on the swap. from what ive gathered the fs-ze is the j-spec ersion of the engine, which runs higher compression. but how would i go about uptaining one.

for option 1 (not to be moving backwards) but i cant find a full turbo kit for under 3k which is quite the cheese for a lolley busboy (MAN!) besides the tuning required and the parts needed to handle the psi; rods, pistons, fuel pump... etc...

and the last thing i would like to ask anyone who would care to answer, is what turbo kits are out there, and can conversions be used. ie... civic turbo made to fit 3rd gen, or other cheap alternatives?
