MP5 tranny parts

Has anyone done any upgrades to the pro 5 manual transmission (clutch, flywheel, etc)??? If so, where do you get parts, how easy is this stuff to put on the car and how does it affect performance?? Thanks guys

There are a lot of websites that sell aftermarket clutches for the car... www.RR-Racing.com sells flywheels and clutches, Advanced imports sells clutches I think and there are more sites that I can't think of off hand...

A clutch install is not for a beginner, you need to remove the entire transaxle to get to the clutch and flywheel...

The flywheel will make a noticable difference in throttle response and acceleration in first and second gear...The clutch will only increase clamping force, so it will be stronger (handle more torque) but may be harder to slip making it more difficult of cruising around in stop-go traffic...
