As well as the hose clamps were pretty shitty, did anyone else have to go buy better one? I for one expect better from a kit for any price from any manufacturer , i don't think for spending less the product should be inferior.. AS far as the clamps go I just went to my local Canadian Tire and bought some 3 1/2 inch clamps and replaced them all when I cut my intake to fit. Pretty easy to do. I also made a new bracket as per the suggestions on the install threads. Good luck. BTW I would modify it as soon as possible. I waited and when I cut the pipe I noticed that the master cylinder had almost rubbed a hole through the pipe. So don't delay! |
my ractive doesn't rub at all, if you take the bracket they send you and bend it alittle up, and bolt it onto the engine. works like a charm, took me 2 min in a parkinglot, ipost a pic soon
