If you're talking about the Sport 20 intake cam and Mazdaspeed exhaust cam, you should check your valve clearances after installing them, but other than that the answer is no.

If you are using more radical cams, yes, you may need further modifications.

Yup, they will fit right in with no other modifications.....just get them installed by a professional or someone who has done it before.

how big of diference did it make on your car carguycw

I don't have them, but Edwin (TheMAN) does and I've talked to him and driven his car. He says that the car pulls noticeably harder at high rpm, although the cams hurt low-rpm response a bit and didn't make a HUGE difference in power. His car seems faster than my 1.8L, although I don't really have much basis for a stock vs. modified comparison because I haven't had much experience driving a stock 2.0L. However, my 1.8L has noticeably better low-rpm throttle response, although this may be caused by something other than the cams.
