just whenevery you pop your hood look at it and if you see alot of dirt or particles on it, just take it off, bang it on something, spray it off with a hose, let it sit for a bit letting it dry and your done.

if it was a k&n filter then you might use the cleaning kit, for the other filters(such as the one you would get) the instructions say just spray off with a hose and reuse.

i just called this number 626-618-1100. press #4 and then talk to the chick, its out of california so there business hours are wierd. i live in texas and the best time for me to get ahold of them is aorund 12-1 central time. i got my intake 7 days after i won the auction
