Injector Size and Flow?

Any body out there knows what the flow rate and size of the stock fuel injectors on gen3 1.8L and 1.6L? I know they are Denso top/rail feed but that’s it. Also the “O” ring size on the intake manifold side?
I'm looking at making a custom stainless steel fuel rail and bumping up the injector size on my turbo 1.6L. I think the stock injector size is around 240cc and I'd like to double the size and change the type. Better yet if anybody knows of some that will fit that are bigger let me know. I've heard that the early model Toyota Supra injectors might fit with a 100cc increase in size.
Also does anybody know if the injectors are High resistance, called "Saturated", and low resistance, called "Peak and Hold"?

Thanks in advance
