Did the guys at HiBoost do any mods to the internals (cam, pistons, CONNECTING RODS) I mean, 260 hp out of a turbo kit without modifying internals...... Are they worried about breaking something in there??? The compression alone worries me.

w3rd.

what air/fuel numbers are they running? are they maxing out the stock fuel injectors?

"inquiring minds want to know"

Those numbers were done on stock internals, with a haltech running the show. The inj. were close to maxing out, I think they will be switching out inj. to larger ones soon. The dyno sheets he showed me had no A/F ratios with it so I don't know.

Those are very impressive numbers. I'd be worried about tranny reliability at that point.

I think only time will tell on the trannys..

HiBoost

Hi guys, that run was utilizing bigger injectors and a Haltech E6K. HiBoost plans to upgrade the engine and start running more boost. This is by far the most complete kit you can get for you P5 or 3rd Gen. I'am in the process of installing mine. Any person with decent mechanic skills can install the set up in about 16 hours of work. Generally 2 days with lots of BS in between :) I recently upgraded the Haltech F10 that comes with the kit to also run a variable boost controller, so I'am waiting to get the new harness and ECU back. If you decide to get this kit, make sure you ask what upgrades are available so you get what you want, from clutches to injectors to timing control, Juan knows his FS's.

Installation is a breeze, the hardest part is to tap the coolant neck for a temperature sensor. The rest is as easy as bolt-on parts go.
