intermittent starting issue

intermittent starting issue
I have 07 mazda 3 with the 2.3 occasionally it's hard to start and when it does start it idles low and rough changed plugs new air filter still does it starting to do it more often now any other ideas wanted to check fuel pressure at the rail but no test port I'm lost thus far
