Clutch / Rumbling Sound?

Okay, it's been about a month now since I had my clutch/flywheel replaced for the cold clutch chatter. Now when i'm shifting from 1st on a stop or going uphill, i hear/feel this rumbling sound near my pedals and sometimes I hear it too after i'm accelerating in 2nd year. Has anyone that's had their clutch replaced experienced anything abnormal?

I read on HowStuffWorks.com that if you hear rumbling, it is most likely your throw out bearing. Maybe have a look at that?

"Another problem sometimes associated with clutches is a worn throwout bearing. This problem is often characterized by a rumbling noise whenever the clutch engages. "

It's at the very bottom.
