Clutch fluid
How do you check its level? Or is this also a dealer scam, and it uses brake fluid? 'Course, the manual is silent on that...

SO....to check the level of your clutch's hydraulic system.....you just check the level of the cars brake system.....they are one and the same....at least as far as the reservior is concerned. |
Thank you! :)
F...ing dealer scams! My service menu says they check clutch AND brake fluid separately. So, this "redline" stuff people talk about, it would then technically be a brake fluid, correct? What is the exact name and manufacturer? Thanks again. |

Originally posted by gcs118 For the most part, when people talk about Redline, they are usually referring to the gear oil/transmission fluid in the transaxle itself. This is completely different from brake fluid. Seeing as how Redline is a fluid-oriented company, they do most likely have a brake/clutch fluid I would guess. |
