Cams for 1.6L !!!!
 

Ok guys here is some good news for us 1.6ers out there !!!....Corksport has some J-spec intake and exhaust cams from the ZL-VE engine on order and will have prices soon...these will bolt right in on the 1.6L and should definitely be a more aggressive profile than stock...I guess I will be the guinea pig here and order them as soon as they come in. I will keep you guys posted...If anyone needs a part # post here and let me know...

i moved it back to 3rd gen engine/ drivetrain.. i dunno who moved it. but definately an incorrect move.

hehe never heard of zl-ve cams on b6 engines.

that's because we don't have b series engines. :) we have z series. the US 1999 - 2001 1.6's are ZM-DE's. However, my 1988 GTX has a b6 in it.. b6t w00t. :)

i thought the gtx came with the bpt.. so it has a 1.6L version too, eh?

the US versions didn't get the wonderful bpt... we only got the b6t, which is still fun to play with. 1.6l turbo.

Yeah i had a b6t in my Capri Xr2...bad ass little car....

Ide love those cams how much horse would it bring up?? 5 or so??

I expect 5-10 hors with both installed, but nobodies done it yet, so who knows

expect them to be about $300+....we may be able to get a GB once corksport gets them in...i'll email them again to see if they got them in yet....
