BIG problem

So, after a flywheel/clutch install this weekend I go and do the stupidest thing I have ever done in my life, and hooked the battery up backwards. Immediately heard popping and unhooked the wires. Checked every single fuse, and the only ones that popped were the main fuse and the 2 fuses in my amp. Ran to Schucks, got a new main fuse, but it still will not start. The headlights and my neons are the only things that work. Not even the dome light or emergency flashers will turn on.

So what did I fry? ECU? Probably the alternator too? Are there any fusible links that would have blown?

I'm totally stumped, and honestly can't believe that after I can do a complete clutch install, I go and do something that freakin stupid. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

btw, I have a 8ga grounding kit installed, so that may have frther complicated things. =(

Have it towed to a shop, you've probably fried the ECU. Be glad the car did not catch fire.
