best bang for the buck
I just bought a 2002 P5 and I want to make some mods to the engine. I have about $600 and I would like to know the best way to spend it. Any ideas?

cold air intake, paint the brake calipers for looks, NGK iridium plugs, peformance wires, and an exhaust.
Is that $600? |

exhaust, real tires and a suspension....who needs horsepower when you dont have to brake for corners?
|
ARW headers: $450
thats the most gain you will get for your money. spend the remaining $150 on a used injen or a new ebay CAI, or some axelback exhast. |

j-spec cams $400
eibach pro-kit $240 |
corners are the best place for a protege....usually smoking much more expensive cars...
|
Injen intake ;)
J-spec cams ;) (still think best bang for buck around) theres your $600 gone but you will feel it :D |
Tint. Intake.
|
i didn't know tint was considered an engine mod...how much hp do you gain?
|
Oops, my bad. Guess I need to pay attention to the original question.
|
lol...i thought it was funny
|
and my vote goes to:
ebay intake cat-back exhaust lowering springs you'll get a little hp gain & and a nicer 'stance' |
