5MT vs. Auto
Which do you have and why? Do you have any after market parts?
I didn't know where to put this Admins sorry. |
protege's a manual. wires and air filter and that's it.
mustang's an auto. i'll be putting wires and air filter and that's it. manual is way more fun. |
Manual
Reasons: 1.) More engaging driving experience 2.) Complete control over transmission activity 3.) Better performance 4.) Closer gear ratios compared with 3- or 4-speeds 5.) Cheaper 6.) More fun 7.) More fun 8.) More fun 9.) More fun 10.) Zoom zoom! |
1)cheaper
2)gives me something to do while driving:) |
5 speed manual... because I like to drive and not just be along for the ride...

Love burning up the roads with the 5MT! Nothin beats controlling the revs on the car. Auto is great in traffic, much better than manuals as we all know, but I have that to thank for making my left foot muscles 10x stronger than before....I cramped the first few times I was in a manual in traffic...

5 speed is what I have been taught on so why change....?
When you can modify it only makes it faster and better..... |
