1.6L Rebuild

Well it looks like I'll be undertaking a rebuild here in the next month. I am looking for a good source for a rebuild kit or a shop that can make the parts.

1.) Copper gasket set
2.) Forged Piston, Rod, Ring Set
3.) Valves, Springs, Retainers

Basically, everything in that engine is about to be replaced. The transmission is also being replaced, so if anyone can think of a good place to order some stronger gear and a LSD let me know. I already have a spare tranny, but I still need a good clutch.

Earlier this year the transmission threw fifth gear and I had to have the dealership replace the synchro. Before that the engine had been giving me problems above 3000 rpm and when during idle. It has been off and on problem since about 65000 miles. I had the timing belt checked and it looked fine, and I also checked the acc belts which are tight and still look fine. There are days that the engine will rev and go as fast as I want, and other times the car will feel like its going to pop when I try to sustain 60 mph.
