I do not think you will notice the difference, if you plan to install them on your car. Unless, you often brake from 100+ mph, and have high performance tires and shocks/struts, you will not get any difference at all. But they do make the car look good.

If you want to stop faster, spend your money on better pads. Look at a set of Carbotechs or Hawks. More or less, slotted/drilled rotors just add to the "pretty" factor.

as for me i will go for the x-drilled & slotted if got ........if not i will go for a x-drilled.......coz it looks good

I noticed a buddy of mine has some cross drilled on his Galant and they look sharp but then I noticed that they have hairline cracks and the rotor is wearing unevenly. I don't know if he had his factory rotors drilled or bought them. I'm also wondering which wears out the pad faster?

The hairline cracking is called crazing. MOST of the time, it's really nothing to be concerned with, well, in terms of rotors anyway.

slotted is the way to go , because drilled rotors tend to brake when large forces are aplied to them , and any of them will make a difference not only when braking from 100 mph but in repeated braking and will prevent green fade .
