time for new shocks <advice>

Well it's time for new shocks and i need some advice on what brand to buy and should i lower it or not here's a pic:

p.s. it's on 15's and i don't plan on changing my rims anytime soon because the roads are in reallybad shape where i live. thanks for the advice.

I've decided to replace the shocks with the same type that are in there already and since i no longer plan on doing any major mods besides a sound system their really isn't any reason to drop it.
just thought i'd update the folks who have read this post.

There is not really much choice out there. 1) Mazdaspeed sturts $170+ a piece, or 2) any OEM replacement $50+ a piece. I got a set of KYBs, when I lowered my car.

the kybs are actually a really good deal.. i paid around 230 for all 4 shipped to my door from www.tirerack.com ... you'll pay the same or more for stock ones

go with some kybs if you can......same price as stock and infinitely superior. i love mine!
