Strut brace install. Ghetto alternative for relocating cruise
 

First of all, I have no pictures, probably won't have pictures any time soon so don't ask for them. I'm sure they would help me explain alot better but I don't have a digital camera, or hosting space.

The bar was a Vibrant, Part number 1836, good for first and second gens.
The mounts had 4 bolt holes but I only have 3 bolts, in my strut mounts so I had to drill a couple. No big deal. I would have been less of a big deal if I had a vise or even a work bench but I don't.
I mounted the driver's side no problem, after that but then what about the passenger side where the cruise control thingy is??
Basically what I did was take the nuts off the mounting bolts, and put the mount on top of the cruise control bracket. I'd already thought about mounting it right on the bracket but that wouldn't do so I just kinda eyeballed a few things and started cutting the cruise bracket with a hacksaw. I really did quite the hack job on it but again the lack of a work bench, vise, decent hacksaw blade, grinder etc. drove me to it. When I finally get access to a grinder I plan on cleaning up the edges where I cut a little bit better.
Next I had to drill another, smaller hole through the bar mount for the second (read: the smaller of the 2 cruise control mounting bolts).
When the hacking was done, I put the strut bar mount on to the strut tower and then put the cruise control bracket on top of that, and bolted it on.
