soft brakes?

after changing my rotors, pads, and one of my calipers my brakes seem really soft compared to how they were before... any ideas what's wrong?

If you just installed them, it takes about a week for the truelyto break and to regain original grip. All new brakes do that.

had them in for about 3 weeks and they seem to have gotten worse not better
but there is no loss of brake fluid

bleed all 4 brakes ... I found this out on my protege also .. I would have this spongy pedal and sometimes while braking hard , I would hit like a dead point where I would loose all brakeing while braking hard ... very scary ...
with all the other stuff for the engine swap front brakes is also on the list

You probably have air in the system since you changed a caliper. Did you bleed the brakes afterwards? Sometimes they need to be bled a couple times to truely get all of the air out.

yeah i bled them once... but i'll probably half to do it again i guess... wish i had enogh to buy the stainless steel brakelines.. i'ld do that first if i could
