Negative camber tire wear
 

Alright, I know that 2nd gens have much less camber issues than many other cars like Hondas (my friends have this problem), but I know have some tire wear problems. My rear tires are great, but this inside of the front tires are starting to wear due to my lowering. The tires are Kumho Ecsta 712s on 16s with Arospeed coilovers at about 2.25 inch lowering. (2.5 in back) It sits pretty low, as there is no fender gap, but the handling is excellent. I am very happy, except for these tires are only like 3 months old but its all good. Please let me know if I really do have a problem and how to correct it if I do. Thanks alot.

I would obviously recommend an alignment to be done, but with the setup you have, the alignment might not fix the problem. Rotate the tires first, then do the alignment. After 3k miles, I guess, see if the pattern is repeating. If it is, I would check to see if your suspension setup is really tight, i.e. check to see if any parts are moving slightly, or if any parts were not aligned right when installed in the first place. I am sorry to hear this is happening to you, but this is a very delicate area and cannot be solved very easy. Good luck.
