help can't get rotors off!!!

I am trying to install some brembo rotors and new pads and i have the calipers off finally but cannot get the rotors off... i think they might be rusted on but maybe i am missing something im' supposed to remove.... i was told that after the wheel and caliper was off you just pull it off but that doesn't work.. i've sprayed liquid wrench on it and been using a hammer to try and bang it loose to no avail... any help would be great.

try and make sure that you are pulling the rotor off even. Cause if you pull one side more than the other then you will have problems. Other than that I don't know what to tell you..cause mine just came off once I took off the caliper. On yours...is there a screw in the tiny hole that is on the rotor by the lugs??? Mine had a hole in the rotor but there wasn't any screw in it and there wasn't anywhere for it to go...

basically it was super rusted on... it took over 4 hours to do the swap.... so frustrating... basically i doubt that the rotors had been remove since the car was first sold.... but after much work i go the new ones on... this should be relatively easy unless they are rusted on..... the new ones are soooo freakin awesome

having problems with the only scanner i have access too... i'll hopefully get it all figured out in a day or two.... try and get some pics of the seats then... but i've decided to get rid of them when i can afford sport seats... i love the mx-3 seats but it will just cost too much to get them redone in the manner that i want...

Hey, protegeboy78. On you rotor next to one of the studs there is a threaded hole. Get a right screw in there, and begin to crew it in. That should help you pull the rotor off. I just did brakes on my 97, with about 66K, and I just banged my rotors off with a hammer. Goodluck.

Yes, it is there just for that purpose only. But if I was not taught that at work, I would not have ever known.
