Who has the highest mileage on their second gen?
 

I was just wondering who had the highest mileage on their second gen....

lets see how long our cars last....

i got 75000 kilometres on my 98

1997 185,000 km.

I have 55K miles, or 88K kilometers on my 97, 20K miles or 32K kilometers this year alone.

my 95 has 96k almost 97k ,, just switched back to regular penzoil oil and lucas ...

I just hit 140,000 miles last week (on a 95).

ive got a 100,000 miles on my 97', about 5000 in the last 3 monthes which is how long ive had it

We have a customers car that has 260,000km on a 99 protege

Damn I walk too much... 42,280 on my 96. Equivalent to 300,000 though, pssssssssssssss n20 LOL !

a little over 58,000 miles on my 95 But I DO know someone that has 140,000 miles on his 96 :eek:

Bruce, how is it going my friend? I noticed that you have (had) a stainless mesh air filter hanging on the civic intake. Do you still have it there? Any problems with it? People complaint about its filtring capacity which is not that good (>200 uM ?)

I hit 115.000miles on my 97pro

I have a 98' Pro DX with 108,000 Miles, mostly highway, still stock everything. Runs great.

my 95 just hit 223,000 miles, though you would never guess it had nearly that many.

140,000 on my '96 LX. Other than routine maintenance the only things I have had to change has been the EGR valve and the air conditioner condensor fan behind the radiator.

Had 198,000 miles on my 95 DX. NOT ONE PROBLEM!!!! thats Mazda for yeah. Besides tune-ups, maintenance, etc. The only thing to fail was my CV Joint on the driver side. Too many miles now gave it to my dad all modified and got me my baby 2001.

i now have 80100 kms

i do an oil change every month
that gets expensive with the synthetic stuff

not to get off topic , but I switched back to regualar oil ,,, don't even notice the difference .... just need to use 5w30 in the winter so the car can warm up quicker ,... and I also use Lucas ,, it stoped the blue smoke ...

well, i use the synthetic stuff...
pretty much just in hopes of getting THAT little bit more of life out of my motor....

hopefully it does something and im just not waisting my money
