where is obd-ii port?

I am driving a 1996 mazda protege, and am having trouble finding my obd-ii port. My check engine light came on, and I wanted to verify the error code(s) before taking it in to the shop. I recently ordered the scan device, but I'm not sure where to plug it in.

Yes ,that one is called superMECS but with OBDII it is used for body, abs, etc and for disabling computer control for idle ,fuel pressure tests and so on.
