Wheel Spacers
Hello, I'm about to purchase some H & K
wheel spacers for my 2nd gen pro (1996). What I'm wanting to know is, will 5mm in width be wide enough to even my tires up with the fender? The car still has the stock 13's on it right now. |
Click on the link below. They sell 5mm H&R offsets for $60 a pair.
http://www.ecstuning.com/HR/appguide...bmit=Search%21 Then specify for Mazda and Protege. You should see them. |
Ok thanx, ill use that site.
but i still need to know if 5mm is wide enough. and also, what is wrong with clubprotege.com holy sh*t! $60 a pair??? is that 2 or 4??? |

it all depends on the offset of the rim or mags, if you are planning to buy a new rim for your car, check first the offset af the rim..
why will you put a spacer? and also check ths stud bolt if it has enough thread to hold the rims...to mush spacer will lessen the thread to hold the rims.. the 5mm depends on the brand, better check the specs |
You have 13" rims and you're worried about wheels spacers to clean up the look of the car??
|
You sound like Edwin.
|
I don't know Edwin. I do know that if you have 13" wheels that spacers are probably not going to help the look of your car enough to be worth their cost. I think you can buy a set of 15" steelies for about $40 a piece at tirerack.
Don't you think that would look a little better than spacers? |
