Clear Rear Blinker

I was thinking about making the rear blinker on my car clear, and put a yellow bulb in the socket so it shines yellow when lit. I attached a Photochop of what it would look like, and I love it. Any ideas how I would go about doing this?

That looks like the J-spec tails(these ) How do you plan on making them look like that? I'd do it instead of paying 250 for the J-spec tails.

Those look exactly like what I want. Are there any pictures of them installed on a car? $250 is steep, but they look amazing. What I was planning on doing was somehow removing the yellow plastic plate and replacing it with a clear one, but I'm not sure where I would get a clear one.
