Need Advice ASAP!!!

This guy wants to buy my car as soon as possible, within a week or the deal goes bad. It is a 97 Mazda Protege 1.5 DX, w/133k miles, brand new alternator, brakes, and tires. Its running great now. My price is at $2900. I bought it for 2500, but spent about 1500 doing things to it. Since I really dont use a vehicle, should I sell it or just drive the car into the ground. Thanks, please help.
