bumper removal
 

tried taking my bumper off this weekend to see how much damage there is (from a small fender bender bout 2 years) ago and while i was at it was gonna put in my new osram H4's. I was obviously able to take the plastic piece off from under the car, but what other bolts need to be taken off. Seems like theres bolts hidden by the headlights, and do i have to take the headlights housings out to get off the bumper?

i know on the '97's, there are some bolts in the wheel-wells, and you gotta take off the headlights and grill to get to some

took off the grill no problem since its broken anyway, but if you have a 97 its different because my car has a small piece of trim below the headlight that connects the grill to each front quarter panel.

i have both the chilton and the factory service manual ,, that is from the factory service manual ....

either way. whatevs appreciate it since the dealership never gave me the owners manual, I saw in another post that you were gettin the 1.8, congrats join the few of us.

yeah some things the FSM has the chilton does not have , and vice versa . It is good to have these things around ,cause you will never know when u need them , i tend to scan pages for those who don't have em though ,, no big deal to me ,,
