1.6L head on 1.5L
 

Ok, now....
from what i know the head on the Z5 is completely different than the heads on the 1.6.....

but the bottom ends are very similar to eachother
am i right??

now, they make shit all for the Z5's, however parts are made for the miata 1.6L's

so my question is, can i swap a 1.6L head onto my 1.5L ??

and then i could use aftermarket cams, valves, valve springs, and retainers and such on my new 1.6L head...
giving me increased performance
is this possible?
and does it make sense??

im kinda looking in ur direction pseudorealityx because u seem to know the most bout mazdas....

but if anyone else has any comments or anything feel free to help me out
cause if it works, i think it is a kick ass way to get some power as well as a higher revving engine....

O.k. I don;'t really kno that much about it myself but, the 1.6 is a B series engine, I guess since the designation is Z-5 then it would be part of the Z(?) series?? If so, I don't think there would be that much in common myself.

why isnt anyone comenting on this??
